ISR lessons are one-on-one and tailored specifically to your child’s skill and comfort level. To ensure the highest level of safety and skill retention, we follow a consistent daily schedule:

Lessons are held 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.

Each individual lesson is a dedicated 10-minute daily time slot.

Lessons are held at a heated, indoor pool in the Eastgate* area.

ISR SWIM LESSONS RANGING FROM
Beginner to Advanced
program for ages
6-15 Months
Duration: 6–7 weeks
For infants who can sit independently, this initial program focuses on the foundational ISR Self-Rescue® skill: the roll-to-float. Your child will learn to roll onto their back to float, rest, and breathe—maintaining this life-saving position until help arrives.

Duration: 6–7 weeks
For children who are walking, this program teaches the full ISR Self-Rescue® sequence: the swim-float-swim. Your child will learn to swim with their head down, roll onto their back to rest and breathe, and flip back over to resume swimming until they reach a point of safety.

Refreshers
Duration: 3 weeks
Designed for returning students, these 3-week sessions sharpen existing skills and help children adjust to their growing bodies and changing centers of gravity. Semi-annual/annual refreshers ensure your swimmer retains their ISR Self-Rescue® foundation.

Maintenance
Duration: 10-minute lesson
For skilled students, maintenance lessons keep techniques sharp and confidence high through a schedule tailored to your child’s specific needs. These flexible lessons, held weekly or monthly, allow skills to evolve alongside their growing body.


Securing Your Enrollment
The listed deposit is non-refundable and required at the time of sign-up to officially secure your child’s time slot. To ensure a seamless start for all students, the remaining balance is due the Friday prior to your first day of lessons.
National isr registration
There is a non-refundable registration fee per child that is paid directly to ISR National before lessons can begin. This fee is $105 per child for the initial registration and $40 annually for returning students. This essential step allows a team of medical professionals to review your child’s health, medical history, and aquatic experience to ensure they are cleared for safe participation in our program.
