Booking & Cancellation Policy

To officially secure your child's place on the roster, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Because our sessions require a dedicated 6-week commitment of daily one-on-one instruction, this deposit allows me to confidently hold that specific time slot just for your family. While deposits and session fees are non-refundable, I completely understand that life with little ones is unpredictable! If you need to shift your start date or move to a different time slot, please reach out to me directly via email. I will always do my absolute best to accommodate your family based on current calendar availability.
